PMC boutique respects your privacy.
Access to the records is exclusively for individuals designated by PMC boutique within the scope of their assigned tasks. We do not provide personal data to third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
PMC boutique processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself.

PMC boutique processes your data for the purpose and on the basis of:

2 Sending the products you ordered.
3 Being able to call or email you if necessary to perform our services.

If an order is placed from a webshop by someone who has not yet reached the age of 16, without the consent of a parent/guardian, we are not liable for the consequences. Unless they have the permission of a parent/guardian. However, we cannot verify whether the visitor is older than 16. If we discover that we have collected personal data from individuals under the age of 16 without parental/guardian consent, we will take steps to remove this data from our servers.

Shipping & Delivery
For orders within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €7.99. For orders over €75, shipping is FREE.
For Belgium, shipping costs are €11.95 and shipping is FREE for orders over €100.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email that allows you to track the shipment.
Lost the email? Please feel free to contact us at info@pmcboutique.nl, and we will resend the information to you.
We ship with PostNL
PostNL has 3 options:
- They will return the next day
- The order is with a neighbour
- The order is at a PostNL pick-up point
Please note: if the package is not collected from a pick-up point within the storage period, it will automatically be returned to us. If you still wish to receive it afterwards, you will have to pay shipping costs again.

Returns
PMC Boutique hopes you are satisfied
with the item.
If the items do not meet your expectations, you can return them
within 14 days of receipt.
To return the items, you must first complete the return form, which is included with every order.

Shipping costs and return costs are for the person who wants to return the item. We recommend sending the return with a Track & Trace code. We are not liable for a package getting lost within the distribution center of the shipping company.
Returns in the boutique are free. When returning in-store, you must bring the invoice and the completed return form.
Please note: if, after a return, your order total falls below €75, the free shipping will no longer apply. The shipping costs of €7.99 will then still be charged.
Returns are processed within 2 weeks.
Return conditions
- Of course, items may be tried on,
but not worn or washed.
- Items with (make-up) stains or strong odors will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned in good condition and with tags and accessories.
- Earrings cannot be returned for
hygiene reasons.
- Sale items with a discount of 50% or more cannot be returned.
If the conditions are not met, we unfortunately cannot proceed with a refund.
Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 14 days. It may take 2-10 days for the amount to be credited to your account.
Yes, absolutely! You can return your order for free in our store, as long as it meets our return conditions. We are happy to help you process your return and ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible.
Yes, you certainly can! If you want to return multiple orders at once, please make sure this is done within 14 days and that you complete and include a return form for each order. This way, we can process your return quickly and correctly. This makes it as easy as possible for both you and us.

Complaints
We carefully inspect all products before packaging and shipping them. However, it can unfortunately happen that you receive an item that is damaged, for example due to a manufacturing defect or a problem during shipping.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@pmcboutique.nl. Please include clear photos of the product, the damage, and the packaging.
We will carefully review your report and – if the complaint is justified – work with you to find a suitable solution.
Please note: We cannot process damage that occurs after use or reports made after a longer period.
- Normal wear and tear of the fabric;
- Defects caused by improper or intensive use;
- Excessive perspiration;
- Bleeding and discoloration of clothing;
- Pilling of clothing;
- Defects caused by washing or drying;
- Defects caused by external influences, such as friction, sharp objects, or chemicals;
- Defects in the water and wind resistance of clothing, unless explicitly stated in the product description in our webshop;
- Items that cause physical discomfort due to their design, such as sweating or blisters.
