If the items do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 14 days of receipt.
To return the items, you must first complete the return form, which is included with every order.

Shipping costs and return costs are for the person who wishes to return the item. We recommend sending returns with a Track & Trace code. We are not liable for packages lost within the shipping company's distribution center.
Returning items to the boutique is free. When returning items to the store, you must bring the invoice and the completed return form.
Please note: if, after a return, your order total falls below €75, the free shipping will be cancelled. The shipping costs of €7.99 will then still be charged.
Returns are processed within 2 weeks.
Return conditions
- Of course, items may be tried on, but not worn or washed.
- Items with (make-up) stains or strong odors will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned in good condition and with tags and accessories.
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items with a discount of 50% or more cannot be returned.
If the conditions are not met, we unfortunately cannot proceed with a refund.

Can I combine multiple orders into one return?
Yes, you can! You may return multiple orders in one package, as long as the correct return form is fully completed and included for each item. Unfortunately, we cannot process your return without a return form.
